Shipston Reserve is located in Cheltenham, Victoria and is one of my favorite venues to visit.With two pitches and a new pavilion built on the south side the only issue is trying to find parking which you need to do around the local streets.
With trees all around you can quickly forget you smack down in the middle of a long established suburb. Getting a good view means watching from the west side since you will be facing the sun for good portions of a afternoon match from the pavilion.
The home club is Bayside Argonauts and after a long stint in the VicSoccer Leagues are now steadily moving up the FV State Leagues. Good people, good club and the food is brilliant too.
